Building Futures Incorporated is a charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to empower, educate and enrich today's youth to become the next generation of leaders. We are a vocal advocate for youth empowerment.
Seeing a need for authentic energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide effective solutions to underserved youth. We focus on making the maximum positive effort for the youth in our community. Our elders and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us make a difference. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.

Established in 2016, the Phenomenal Woman Leadership Academy (PWLA) was birthed as a component under the Mission IM-Possible Leadership Project. It is a prevention and enrichment mentoring program designed to engage, educate and empower female students in various activities that develop their social-emotional and professional skills.
In 2010, Building Futures, Inc. hosted their 1st annual backpack drive and donated over 150 backpacks filled with school supplies to McKinley Elementary in Compton, California. The following year, they were able to donate almost double the backpacks & school supplies, to Foster Elementary School in Compton, California. With your generous donations and continued support, Building Futures, Inc. has donated thousands of backpacks and school supplies to date. The children really are the future. Helping build futures and visions with integrity is the ultimate goal. BFI's mobile community outreach programs and youth initiatives are designed to help students reach their full ability and potential to become successful leaders of tomorrow.
August 13, 2018 was an AMAZING Day! So grateful that we were able to donate backpacks, sackpacks, school supplies, underwear & socks to the much deserving students of Victorville, CA courtesy of Christian Covenant Church.
