Empower Future Leaders Today

The Mission I'M-Possible Leadership Academy is a leadership enrichment program designed to mentor, engage, educate and empower mentees of all ages in various activities that develop their social-emotional and professional skills through quantifiable resources.  This program is an excellent way for mentees to learn effective communication, personal development, life skills and leadership skills that can be utilized to become successful adults.

Empowering Girls to Lead

Founded in 2016, our Girls Leadership Program nurtures young women, empowering them with social, emotional, and professional skills to shape future leaders.

Annual School Supply Drive

Since 2010, our annual Back to School Drive has provided thousands of backpacks and supplies to students, fostering bright futures through community support and empowerment.

In 2018, we hosted a special Back to School event, donating backpacks and supplies to students in Victorville, CA, thanks to our partners at Christian Covenant Church.
