Please note: Completing the intake form is an inquiry and does not reserve or guarantee your requested date.

Once your intake form is received, our team will review your requested date, event details, space needs, estimated attendance, and availability.

If your event is approved and the requested date is available, we'll provide your rental pricing, applicable deposit, rental agreement, and reservation/payment instructions.

Want to see the space before booking? We encourage you to schedule a tour of The BFI Center to explore the space in person, discuss your event vision and setup, review pricing, and ask any questions.

Once your event details and pricing are confirmed, you'll receive your BFI Center Rental Agreement outlining your reservation details, rental period, fees, deposit, policies, and other applicable requirements.

Please review and complete the agreement before submitting your reservation payment.

Once your event is approved and your rental agreement is completed, you can secure your reservation using the “Reserve Your Spot” payment link below or the payment link included in your rental agreement.

Payment Instructions:
On a computer or tablet, complete your payment on the right side of the payment screen. On a mobile device, the payment option will appear automatically.

Your booking is not confirmed until all required reservation payments are received and your reservation is approved by BFI.

Once your reservation is confirmed, it's time to plan, create, and get excited! Our team will be ready to welcome you to The BFI Center so you can focus on creating a memorable experience for your guests.

Alcohol, cannabis (including marijuana, THC products, smoking, vaping, and edibles), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on BFI Center premises and are not permitted at any event or rental.
